President and CEO

Through his leadership and passion for the business, Kurt compels the Company to strive for the highest quality in their work and to place the highest premium on efficiency, integrity and innovation. Kurt maintains continuous involvement in all major areas of the business from strategic direction and financial modeling to product vision, go-to-market, and ongoing partner loyalty.

Kurt has spent the last 20+ years working to apply innovative technology solutions to mission critical information management problems. He has experience in the document capture, enterprise content management, business process management, advanced search and advanced analytics markets. Prior to joining Content Analyst Company, he held a variety of management and sales roles with Oracle, Stellent and Optika. Kurt graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Jeff Gilles
Vice President of Product Solutions

Having supported the CAAT product since 2008, Jeff has come to understand the unique challenges of applying disruptive technology in e-Discovery and elsewhere. Jeff's team, the Product Solutions Group, guides each of Content Analyst's partners to realize their own vision of analytics in their unique solutions. PSG is there throughout the entire partner lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations through training, integration consulting, and support. They also play a key role in guiding Content Analyst's products, documentation, and programs forward for the benefit of the partners and their own end users.

Prior to joining Content Analyst, Jeff held similar positions at Catapult Communications, a telecommunications test and simulation company. Jeff studied theoretical math before starting his career in technology, and holds master's degrees from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.

Passionate about pipeline development, sales enablement, thought leadership and brand equity, Steven's unique combination of business acumen, creativity, strategic vision and tactical execution yield impactful results toward the company's mission.

Steven has held executive level marketing positions with several successful enterprise software companies over the past 20 years. He has spoken at dozens of international technology conferences and webinars, published numerous papers on the topic of managing unstructured content, and has blogged about and moderated online discussion forums on the issues contributing to the challenges of information management. He holds an MBA and a Master of International Management from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor's Degree from Syracuse University. He is a former adjunct professor at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

He's a natural leader that has been successful building strong teams while delivering strategic initiatives and discipline within that team environment, consistently delivering year over year revenue growth within each company.
